Welcome to Sora2 AI Video ("Sora2", "we", "us"). By accessing or using sora2-ai.video and our AI‑assisted video generation services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description#

Sora2 lets you create videos using AI models from text prompts and uploaded media. Usage is credit‑based; credits are consumed when you generate content or use paid features.

2. Accounts#

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse

3. Acceptable Use#

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break the law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Generate illegal, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content (e.g., CSAM, non‑consensual intimate imagery, hateful or extremist content, or unlawful deepfakes)
  • Impersonate others or create deceptive, harmful, or harassing media
  • Circumvent usage limits, probe or disrupt the Service, or scrape outputs at scale
  • Violate the terms of any third‑party model provider used through the Service

We may use automated and manual checks to detect and prevent abuse.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments#

  • Credits are prepaid units that are consumed by generations; pricing and consumption rules are shown in‑product and may change
  • Fees and taxes are shown at checkout
  • Except as stated in our Refund Policy, purchases are non‑refundable
  • We may offer trials or promotional credits with specific conditions

5. Generated Content and IP#

Your Content#

You own the rights to the prompts you provide and, subject to applicable model‑provider terms and third‑party rights, you own the outputs you choose to save. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate the Service.

Third‑Party Rights and Restrictions#

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any uploaded media and for how you use generated outputs. Some models or providers may impose additional restrictions or attribution requirements. Where applicable, those terms apply to you.

7. Service Availability#

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may change, suspend, or discontinue at any time.

8. Disclaimers#

THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ORIGINAL, ACCURATE, ERROR‑FREE, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability#

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification#

You will indemnify and hold Sora2 harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination#

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for any reason, including for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law#

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless local law requires otherwise. Venue will be appropriate courts with jurisdiction over Sora2.

13. Changes#

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site and become effective when published or as otherwise stated. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
